I/O Bio Is More Eco-Friendly Than Ewe

IO Bio, the design and technology driven wool-clothing company, announced today that they have renewed their partnership with their eco-friendly fulfillment company, Verde Fulfillment, based in Boise, Idaho. In doing so, IO BIO is able to take advantage of several in-house environmental programs that Verde offers.

Beginning August 1st, all IO BIO shipments globally are being offset through Verde’s unique in-house programs of carbon offsets and planting trees locally. “As a brand, we firmly believe in ‘completing the circle’ of sustainability. We use 100% renewable fibers in our wool clothing, believe in our parent company’s green supply chain and employ sustainable business practices. Why wouldn’t we use an eco-friendly fulfillment company, too?” asks IO BIO President, Greg McRoberts.

IO BIO’s parent company, Michell Wool from Adelaide, Australia, also uses eco-friendly business practices throughout their entire company operations.
