ISIS Launches Fall/Winter 2008 Collection

Building upon its heritage of performance and innovation in women’s outdoor apparel, ISIS announces the launch of its Fall/Winter 2008 collection. For 2008, ISIS continues to offer women a variety of insulated styles for a variety of climates, activities and personal tastes. Additionally, ISIS is altering their technical styles with soft, supple and high performance fabrics for a more feminine yet protective experience. ISIS is also launching Life, a new sportswear collection of everyday cozy fleece and corduroy separates, cotton jersey knit tops, French terry hoodies and pants and elegant boiled wool jersey sweaters. ISIS’ Body Layer program expands its fabrics and styles and extends its performance midweights into an After Hours collection. ISIS continues to fit many shapes and sizes with true women’s sizing 2-16, petite and long leg lengths, and contoured and relaxed silhouettes. ISIS Fall/Winter 2008 collection will be on display at the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market in January 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mountain Warmth
The Lucky Stripe Vest, $129, is a cozy lightweight 650-power fill down vest with water repellant DWR finish. This vest is made with a recycled polyester outer shell with a unique stripe design and velvet-lined collar. Other features include: draw cord hem, hand warmer pockets and internal security zip pocket.
ISIS updates the popular lightweight 650-fill goose down Whisper Jacket, $175, Hoodie, $195, and Vest, $145, with a unique interior Kimono print and six luxurious shades including Oyster, Azalea, Storm, Haze, Espresso and Black. The Houndstooth Jacket, $169, has a relaxed fit and contrast color stitching with adjustable hood, velvet-lined color, micro fleece-lined flapped hand pockets with fixlock closure and draw cord hem.
Life Warmth-Looking Good and Staying Warm With an Eye for Style

The SoHo Trench Coat, $189, has modern trench coat styling with Thermolite® insulation for warmth. The jacket has a velvet-lined collar, waterflower print lining, 2-way front zip with snap closure storm flap, removable belt, fleece-lined pockets, stretch cell phone or IPod® pocket. The contoured Mirabelle Suede Jacket, $179, is made with a buttery-soft faux polyester suede and cozy warm acrylic fur. Available in Charcoal, Espresso and Oyster, the jacket features decorative topstitching, faux horn buttons, and micro fleece-lined pockets and water repellant DWR finish. The Rhonda Jacket, $169, brings fashion to the slopes with stretch softshell fabric cut with an asymmetrical zipper and topped with a faux fur hood trim.

Body Layer
ISIS continues to refine its popular performance Body Layers with new prints, fabrics and adds a new category; After Hours. ISIS performance body layer pieces are made from a variety of fabrics with designs that bridge the gab of temperatures and seasons. ISIS fine gauge New Zealand merino Wool collection receives a new look with a delicate floral pattern for feminine appeal and nylon for extra durability. The collection includes the Wool Zip Turtle, Wool V-Neck and Wool Tights priced at $84-88. ISIS’ Pointelle collection is a quick-wicking and fast drying micro-polyester with a delicate pointelle knit and print for feminine appeal. The new relaxed fit After Hours pieces include the scoop neck, pant, tee and boxer. The entire Pointelle collection retails from $30-52.

This season, ISIS perfects its technical jackets with new supple and quiet fabrics that enhance a women’s experience yet don’t sacrifice on performance. ISIS’ line of Mountain products includes all of the important, activity specific details that add up to serious protection from the elements whether off-track in the backcountry or on the ski lifts. Mountain-Storm Shell
The Bernina Pant, $189, offers a lightweight full-stretch 3-layer fabric that is a technical workhorse for all-mountain use. These durable, soft, easy to pack pants have a full-length 2-way side zipper, low profile thigh pocket, articulated knees and adjustable snap cuff with gripper elastic. The price-conscious Dorah Jacket, $169, is made with a 2.5 layer Hydra2.5™ stretch nylon taffeta with waterproof, breathable, laminate construction and DWR finish has taped seam construction, helmet compatible hood, 2-way front zip with storm flap, zippered core vents, laser cut pockets and internal waterproof cell phone/IPod® pocket. The Shari Jacket, $ 199, offers taped and seam sealed construction with a wicking mesh lining, adjustable hood, articulated elbows, storm proof zipper, micro fleece-lined pockets and lift ticket loop. The Lolo Pant, $159, is an all-purpose outdoor pant with waterproof/breathable protection. The pant features taped seam construction, zippered fly with snap, brushed polyester lined waistband, wicking liner, laser cut thigh pocket, micro fleece-lined hand pockets and internal gaitor that fits over snow boots.

Mountain-Soft Shell
ISIS Mountain soft shell jackets and pants utilize ISIS Duet H20 fabric designed to defy in-flux mountain weather. The fabric provides weatherproof reinforcement with an ultra thin waterproof/breathable membrane sandwiched between stretch polyester and soft wicking micro fleece. The end-result is pieces that are mobile, breathable and warm but also offer protection from the elements.

The Laila Pants, $179, is the perfect all-activity winter pant with lightweight stretch softshell fabric and adjustable cuffs that block the weather and accommodate a variety of ski and snow boots.
