Chaco, fit for adventure in all seasons with sandals, flips, shoes and boots, adds Joe Filipas to the Chaconian product creation team as senior footwear developer. Filipas joins the staff immediately, bringing his extensive experience in outdoor footwear development to the brand.
Filipas has over twenty years of experience working as a product developer in the outdoor industry. Most recently he worked with Hi-Tec Sports, Columbia Sportswear and Sorel. In his new role he will report to Brandan Hill, creative director at Chaco, to develop new
year-round and accessible footwear solutions.
“I’m very excited to be joining the Chaconian family. I’ve always admired the loyal fan following and look forward to developing products that will connect with this group and bring new fans into the mix,†said Joe Filipas.
