Johnson Health Tech Announces Coach Jenny Partnership

Running Coach and Endurance Athlete to Provide Exclusive Training Tips and Advice in conjunction with LIVESTRONGFitness.com

COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. (July 7, 2012) – Johnson Health Tech announces a partnership with running coach, author and endurance athlete, Jenny Hadfield in conjunction with their LIVESTRONG line of fitness equipment. The effort is designed to keep fitness consumers motivated and focused on reaching specific training goals. Coach Jenny will share exclusive training tips and advice, and will address fitness-related questions submitted through LIVESTRONG by Johnson’s website, or during scheduled tweetups.

“The best way to reach your training goals is with a good fitness coach,” said Mike Olson, executive vice president of retail for Johnson Health Tech NA. “Coach Jenny will educate, motivate and inspire people by offering ongoing training tips, nutritional guidance and other advice related to health and fitness.”

In addition to developing exclusive content on LIVESTRONG by Johnson’s website and blog, Coach Jenny is available to address a wide range of questions, such as how to prepare for an upcoming race, or what to eat before your next workout. Questions submitted on the website will be answered by Coach Jenny, and a select few will be featured on the LIVESTRONG Fitness blog.

Scheduled tweetups will provide an opportunity to receive a real-time response from Coach Jenny, with the first one taking place on Friday, July 13 from 1 to 2 p.m. EST. Questions can be submitted during the tweetup event by social media users who follow LIVESTRONG by Johnson and Coach Jenny on Twitter (@LIVESTRONGFit, @CoachJenny). The conversation can be followed using the #askcoachjenny hashtag on Twitter.

Finally, Coach Jenny will conduct online running classes/webinars based on questions submitted by customers on a particular topic. The first webinar is being planned for August. Go to LIVESTRONGFitness.com to check for upcoming webinars.
