Joshua Tree Skin Care Taps Bryan Pappas to Drive National Sales Effort

Joshua Tree Skin Care recently named Bryan Pappas its national sales manager. Pappas will focus on national grocery and retail department store chains as well as national outdoor retailers.

PINCKNEY, Mich. (April 7, 2011) Joshua Tree Skin Care (JTree), maker of organic and natural products designed to support an active outdoor lifestyle, recently named Bryan Pappas its national sales manager. Pappas, who has nearly two decades of sales leadership experience, will focus on national grocery and retail department store chains as well as national outdoor retailers.

In his experience, Pappas has consistently driven sales for companies by attracting key accounts like Best Buy and TJX Companies, the parent company to TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods. As national sales manager for a home goods manufacturer, Pappas increased annual sales by nearly 200 percent. During his tenure at Main Sequence Technologies Inc., a leading software developer, he improved the company’s revenue by over $1 million in three years.

Despite the sluggish economy, sales of natural and organic personal care products grew eight percent in 2009, grossing $10 billion for the year (Natural Marketing Institute). “JTree is part of one of the fastest growing segments in the cosmetics industry, natural and organic personal care products,” explains Pappas. “Given the growth in the organic products market, the JTree brand is well positioned. I’m excited to be a part of the brand’s evolution.”

This year, JTree also brought on Jeff Buerman of The Meridian Sports Group, LLC, an independent representative agency. Buerman has over 20 years of experience representing quality high end products in the cycling market. His focus is on JTree sales in local Southeastern Michigan retail outlets.
