KEEN Hybrid.Shop Opens Its Online Doors To Offer All Things KEEN

New Inclusive E-commerce Website Allows Shoppers to Purchase from KEEN and KEEN Retailers

After clicking into the store, customers can shop by category, size or color. In men’s and women’s footwear, categories include the performance-oriented Trailhead and Waterfront lines, and the casual BLVD and Market Street collections. With Hybrid.Transport, the store features five different types of bags: Computer, Lifestyle, Daypacks and Harvest. The Kids section offers product selections by youth, kids and infant sizes.

The Sox section offers men’s and women’s urbaneering (casual) and off-road (performance) styles. These introductory category pages showcase signature KEEN lifestyle photography through beautiful rollover images.

Delivering the Details
Customers start by choosing to peruse Men, Women, Kids, Bags, and Sox product lines.

The online store also presents the full product lines in multiple color ways using rollover images. For example, when a visitor rolls his cursor over a product image on a product catalog page, an image featuring all available colors appears.

The product detail pages are chockfull of details including a product description, specs, features and product care. Visitors can also zoom in on the product to further examine the fine attention to details and unique styling that KEEN is known for.

Choices during Checkout
Throughout the checkout process, KEEN offers customers the choice to purchase the item from its own Hybrid.Shop store or from online partners that carry that particular style and size. If the shopper clicks to purchase through a partner, an additional browser window opens up to the product detail page of the partner e-tailer and the shopper can continue the checkout process with the selected retail partner.

Shoppers that opt to purchase directly from KEEN can choose to create an account or check-out as a guest, based on their preferences for storing shipping and payment information.

The site also features a dealer locator for customers who prefer a brick-and-mortar shopping experience.

Customers with questions can use the Hybrid.Shop live chat option from 6am – 6pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, to connect directly with KEEN Customer Service Associates. This chat transcript can be saved, printed or emailed for future reference.

The Hybrid.Shop return process is simple and can be processed online. All online purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase. KEEN will even cover the shipping for exchanges. All KEEN products are covered under with the KEEN one-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
