Kelty and SJK (Slumberjack) ramp up sales team- taps Steve Randall as Director of Field Sales and
Bryan Hays for Northwest Territory Sales Manager
Steve and Bryan will join the dedicated inside sales team,
tasked with driving sales for Kelty and SJK
BOULDER, COLO. (For Immediate Release) – Kelty and SJK (Slumberjack) announce the recent additions of Steve Randall as the Director of Field Sales and Bryan Hays for the Northwest Territory Manager role.
Steve will be responsible for directing the joint team of inside territory sales managers for Kelty and SJK. Tasked with driving the success of both Kelty and SJK at specialty retailers across the country, Steve will be in charge of developing and implementing sales programs, meeting sales goals, and growing the overall retail presence for both brands.
“Steve’s proven track record, depth of experience, and history of sales accomplishments will be an asset to the team,” says Eric Greene, VP of Kelty. “Our field sales team is key to the overall success of our brands and Steve will ensure top-level sales support and service for all of our retail partners.”
A highly experienced sales representative, Steve brings years of sales and industry experience including positions as regional sales manager for Focus Bikes USA and as VP of sales for Eagle Creek.

Kelty and SJK are also proud to announce Bryan Hays, the newest member to join a talented team of dedicated inside sales representatives. Bryan will be the Northwest Territory Sales Manager, working with Kelty and SJK accounts in WA, OR, ID, MT, and AK.
Bryan will be responsible for implementing a strategic go-to-market plan to help drive sales while achieving overall brand strategic goals and objectives. As with all Kelty/SJK inside sales representatives, Bryan’s main focus will be on the specialty retail channel.

Brian comes to American Rec from Sea to Summit where he worked as sales representative for the West Coast and Western Canada.
