CHICO, Calif. (June 4, 2019) – Klean Kanteen, a leader in the reusable drinkware space, continues to raise the bar on thermal performance capabilities with the launch of the new TKWide line. Featuring the unprecedented TK Closure™ system and Climate Lock™ double-wall vacuum insulation to help lock-in temperature for longer, the TKWide is an update to the popular vacuum insulated Wide Kanteen.
“We’ve taken thermal performance to a whole new level with the TK Closure system,” said Jim Osgood, CEO at Klean Kanteen. “Originally rolled out in the TKPro in 2018, the design replaces a traditional external thread closure system with a revolutionary internal thread design to create a stronger insulated barrier inside your Kanteen. Now that we’ve integrated the technology into the TKWide and rebuilt the original Wide from the ground up, we know our fans will be excited with the increased functionality, from the backcountry to the boardroom.”
Additional updates include a wider opening that fills and pours easily, a rounded lip for a more comfortable drinking experience, and three interchangeable caps with slim profiles and easy-carry swivel loops for versatility. TKWide Kanteens are made of 18/8 food-grade stainless steel and also feature the chip-resistant Klean Coat™ finish that is four times more durable and exceeds regulatory standards for human environmental safety.
Available now in a range of sizes from 12-ounces to 64-ounces. For more information visit https://www.kleankanteen.com/collections/insulated-tkwide
