Klean Kanteen, an industry leader in providing sustainable drinking solutions for single-use plastic, announced additional changes to its’ sales roster on the heels of hiring industry veteran Scott McGuire as the new Sales and Marketing Director and Micheal Duffy as the new U.S. Sales Manager. Chris Rounds and Specialty Sports Reps will head-up sales efforts in the Midwest and Waypoint Outdoor will take over responsibilities in the Northwest.
“The changes and additions to the sales lineup are reflective of a company goal to have all territories and regions covered at 100% by year endâ€, McGuire says. “This reflects our continued commitment to develop our external sales organization and ensure the best service levels possible to our US wholesale partnersâ€.
In the Northwest (AK, WA, ID MT, OR), Waypoint Outdoor will manage the outdoor and grocery channels. Waypoint is a robust organization with a team of sales reps as well as a strong support staff with inventory analysts dedicated just to REI and Amazon. In addition to outdoor industry brands (Arc’Teryx, Suunto, and Keen), Waypoint also has a strong culture of giving back; something Klean Keanteen is also focused on through partnerships with organizations like 1% for the Planet, Keep A Breast Foundation, Healthy Child Healthy World, and more.
In the Midwest, Chris Rounds and the Specialty Sports Reps agency will cover Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. The agency comes with decades of sales experience in outdoor channels and in addition to Klean Kanteen, Rounds reps for Osprey Packs, Princeton Tec, Treksta, and Point6.
