Küat Racks Revamps Flagship Rack, Releases NV 2.0

Springfield, MO (June 1, 2016) Küat Racks, manufacturer of lightweight, stylish and easy-to-use racks and accessories has released their latest offering, the NV 2.0, today. Using the original NV design as a starting point, Küat took to the drawing boards to tackle the difficult task of improving upon their flagship hitch-mounted offering.
Completely redesigning the NV’s ratchet arms, cable locks and lower pivot system, the NV 2.0 also features new, co-molded wheel straps which now feature a softer material on the inside of the strap, ensuring that expensive carbon wheels are no longer at risk of being scratched or marred by an over-tightened or loose strap.
With an eye to quickly widening tire sizes, the NV 2.0 now accommodates tire sizes up to 4.8 inches, while the redesigned wheel trays also allow for quick angle adjustments that enable users to stagger handlebar height to ensure that there’s no interference between bikes when mounted together on the rack.
Sporting an updated appearance, the NV’s durable, high-quality powder-coated finish is topped by a glossy protective clear coat to ensure its looks are far from fleeting.
The NV’s novel Trail Doc, a mobile repair stand that integrates into the rack has also received major updates, making it even more versatile. An aftermarket base, the Tri Doc, is also available. The Tri Doc turns the Trail Doc into a fully capable, standalone repair stand.

Available now through authorized Küat dealers, the NV 2.0 retails for $629.
