Lapierre Hosts SRAM Enduro at 2014 Sea Otter Classic

Registration has filled for first-ever enduro event at Sea Otter
KENT, Wash. (Mar. 26, 2014)– Lapierre is the official host of the first-ever SRAM Enduro race at the 2014 Subaru Sea Otter Classic, powered by SRAM. The Sea Otter Classic Enduro takes place on Friday, April 11 starting mid afternoon and running into the evening. The race consists of three timed stages that offer a mix of technical terrain, flowing single track, and grueling climbs. At the end of the day the racer with the fastest time combined for all three stages will stand alone on the podium. Registration has already filled with 200 riders set to compete.
“Lapierre is thrilled to host inaugural Sea Otter SRAM Enduro,” said Lapierre North America Director of Marketing, Steve Chapin. “We’ll have eight racers on Lapierre Zesty’s and Spicy’s, ripping it up on our one of a kind e:i shock. It’s going to be a great event.”
Spectating is open to the public. Come cheer the riders on! After watching the enduro, join Lapierre at the main stage at 7:30 for the awards ceremony followed by the Lapierre after party at the Sierra Nevada beer garden.
