The recent addition of Senior Research Analyst Linda Duffy and Senior Marketing and Communications Manager Rebecca Kessler brings to 35, the number of staff offering in-depth analysis of the way America plays.

Duffy’s 15-year career in market research includes work with a variety of companies in the consumer and technology industries including Requisite Technology and Space Imaging, Inc., where she helped create research and business intelligence programs. Duffy’s expertise includes developing competitive intelligence, market segmentation, market quantification, customer satisfaction, and industry trend reports.
With 20 years of marketing and communications experience, Kessler brings expertise honed in the corporate, agency and non-profit arenas. Most recently, Kessler worked as a marketing consultant for companies seeking to deliver a branded customer experience. She has also served as Copy Chief for ARS Advertising Agency, where she directed content messaging for collateral supporting the world’s leading home appliance brands. During her tenure at Provident Insurance (now Unum-Provident), Kessler helped manage communications by serving as publications editor and lead writer for employee benefits, as well as supporting marketing strategies that positioned Provident as the superior service provider.
