Lesley Christoph Named New Marketing Manager for LOWA
Stamford, Connecticut – October 1, 2016 – Lesley Christoph has been named to the new position of Marketing Manager for LOWA Boots in the U.S., effective immediately. In her new position, she will be responsible for all facets of marketing including brand strategies, retailer support and campaigns, advertising and promotions. The announcement was made by Peter Sachs, LOWA’s U.S. general manager for the German-based premium outdoor footwear brand.
“Having Lesley join us as a full time employee will allow for a greater devoted focus to promoting the LOWA brand, supporting our dealers and creating consumer interest in our product line,” commented Peter. “The addition of a proven industry veteran to our team will help launch us into a new and exciting time for our brand.”
Lesley is no stranger to LOWA having worked as an outside marketing consultant for the company since 1998. The new position will leverage her extensive creative background and experience in the outdoor industry. She owns Christoph & Company, a Utah-based boutique marketing firm that specializes in brand development, marketing campaigns and content creation for companies in the outdoor recreation and healthy lifestyle sectors. Well-versed in all things LOWA, she deeply understands the challenges facing LOWA retailers
