Life Fitness Introduces Hammer Strength Heavy Duty Line: Built for Performance

SCHILLER PARK, Ill. – Life Fitness announces the rugged new Hammer Strength Heavy Duty line featuring racks, platforms and accessories built to optimize team training. Developed with the help of coaches and athletes, Hammer Strength Heavy Duty racks offer the variety, efficiency and simplicity to train large groups of athletes with the most advanced performance training techniques.

“The Hammer Strength Heavy Duty line includes some key enhancements to help athletes improve their overall performance,” said Bob Quast, vice president of product management for Life Fitness. “We conducted extensive research and testing when developing this product to provide the durability and functionality needed in today’s athletic facilities.”

The new Hammer Strength Heavy Duty products include Power, Half, Combo and Multi-rack options, available in 8- and 9-foot configurations, all built with a walk-through design. Band pegs on the top and bottom of the racks offer a range of options for overspeed training, variable resistance training and technique development.

The Heavy Duty Adjustable Bench features the Dock’n Lockâ„¢ system that quickly and safely locks the bench into place and helps ensure proper alignment while lifting. Optional spotter platforms are also designed to put a spotter in an optimum position to assist the lifter. The spotter platforms easily detach from the rack, or fold down and out of the way for additional foot clearance when performing squats.

The Hammer Strength Heavy Duty line is also customizable with numerous frame and upholstery color options offered to fit the specific needs of any facility. Band and chain storage reduces clutter while weight horns and an integrated labeling system keep plates organized.
