Smartwool "Limited Goods" Shops Open In Denver
Pop-up retail locations in the Cherry Creek Mall, Park Meadows Mall and Larimer Square offer curated selection of Colorado's favorite Smartwool products

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLO. (November 15, 2017) — Three new Smartwool “Limited Goods” retail locations are bringing a curated selection of Smartwool® products to the Denver market. Designated bah-humbug free zones, the new pop-ups will offer a variety of festive, experiential promotions, including everything from art events to complimentary chai tea and cocoa to several fun gifts with purchase events. Even local artist, John Fellows, will be making an appearance and signing artwork prints.
“This is an exciting step for Smartwool. Colorado has been the brand’s home, testing ground and innovation laboratory for almost 25 years,” explained Robin Hall, Smartwool director of retail. “It was a natural step to open our first experiential shops in Denver. Not only is it one of our largest markets, but since we are Coloradans, we’ve filled the store with products we know local shoppers will love. It’s a locally curated selection of Smartwool® products, exclusively for Denver.”
The Smartwool “Limited Goods” LoDo location will be the flagship of the three locations and will open November 15. Local artist John Fellows has designed and installed a uniquely Smartwool mural inside the store. Roast Magazine’s 2014 Macro Roaster of the Year, Coda Coffee Company, will provide complimentary coffee on Black Friday weekend. Happy shoppers will receive a complimentary YETI® Rambler Lowball
with a purchase of $100 or more. On December 14, Smartwool will host an artist showcase event where Fellows will be on hand to sign and give away prints with purchase of $50 or more. Store hours will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, Thursday through Saturday 10am-9pm, and 11am-6 p.m. Sunday. The store will be open to keep customers warm and cozy through February 28th, 2018.
The Cherry Creek Mall location, which opened October 30, is on the bottom floor between Gymboree and Neiman Marcus. The store will be serving cocoa and chai during Black Friday weekend and Customers will get a free Smartwool camp mug with a $75 purchase. There will be a free hot-drink station from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturdays and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursdays. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through January 15, 2018.
For customers or commuters south of town, the Park Meadows Mall pop-up is on the ground floor in front of Banana Republic. Customers will get a canvas bag with a $75 purchase on Black Friday weekend. The pop-up is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday Nov. 3 through Jan. 15.
At all locations, customers who buy five pairs of Smartwool® socks will get one pair free, when signing up for Smartwool’s Rewards program.
