Lisa Curran and CJ King Join SmartWool As Apparel Directors

SmartWool is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Curran as their new Apparel Merchandising Director and CJ King as Apparel Development Director.

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO – (August 4, 2006) – SmartWool, the Steamboat Springs, Colorado-based manufacturer of high-quality, versatile merino wool products, is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Curran as their new Apparel Merchandising Director and CJ King as Apparel Development Director. Ms. Curran was formerly the Business Unit Manager of Apparel and Accessories at Skis Dynastar, Inc and Mr. King was formerly the Director of Product Development, Quality Assurance and Asian Sourcing at Pearl Izumi USA.

“We are very fortunate to bring Lisa and CJ onto the SmartWool team. These new positions were created to help meet the increasing demand of such for SmartWool® apparel. Ms Curran’s experience includes over 12 years in the outdoor market with an emphasis on snowsports. She is an accomplished merchandiser and director of soft goods departments and has extensive experience in translating consumer preferences and trends into functional innovative product.
