Salt Lake City, UT (July 13, 2020) – Little Beet Organics, an adventure-fueled baby and toddler food company, is launching this week with a live site and Indiegogo campaign. Organic, nutrient-dense, extremely portable, sustainable, and cause-driven, Little Beet Organics makes small batch, no compromise adventure ready baby food with an emphasis on delicious and healthy ingredients, mindful production, environmental responsibility and social awareness.
“We wanted to create a nutrition company with foods and snacks that were really portable, super nutrient-dense and had easy-to-recycle packaging. I traveled with all my babies as an outdoor rep for years and finding a packable, nutritious food that wasn’t loaded with preservatives or heavy on packaging was tough. We just wanted to make it easy for people to take their little ones on the go and not have to compromise,” says Vanessa Block, Little Beet Organics Co-founder and outdoor industry professional.
Nutrient-dense: Little Beet Organics starts with 100% organic produce to create easy to eat purees and snacks. With their process, they lock in the highest nutritional content by removing the liquid and retaining nearly 97% nutrients found in the raw food.
Portability: Little Beet Organics is shelf stable and packaged in heat-sealed, zippered pouches that are flat, light and easy to pack and take along on any adventure.
Sustainability: Little Beet Organics’ process and packaging are as important as the food inside. Every product comes in a recyclable pouch with an eco-friendly label. The packages are very lightweight, lowering shipping costs and allowing for easy carbon footprint offset.
Cause-driven: Little Beet Organics partners with five organizations they feel passionate about supporting and promoting through donation, awareness building and advocacy.

About Little Beet Organics
Little Beet Organics is changing the baby food game! “Little Beet Organics was started because commercial baby food was ready to be redefined and improved for today’s active and on-the-go families, who care just as much about the planet as they do about healthy age-appropriate ingredients for their little eco-warriors. We all had been accustomed to making due with low nutrient options and wasteful bulky packaging.” says Madeline Owens, co-founder and Family Nurse practitioner (FNP-BC). We are ready to create a movement where we don’t have to compromise and we are inviting ALL families and care-givers to be part of our movement! Let’s give the best to our babies while supporting our parenting community and protecting the planet! We are calling on our existing communities to help be a part of the Little Beets CommUnity.
