Lorpen Socks Expands Wintersports Sales Force in U.S.

Lorpen, known for its technical socks for outdoor and wintersport enthusiasts, today announced it has greatly expanded its U.S. sales force to increase its presence in the wintersports category.

Lorpen, known for its high performance socks for outdoor and wintersport enthusiasts, today announced it has greatly expanded its U.S. sales force to increase its presence in the wintersports category. Lorpen has partnered with the following agencies and independent sales reps that specialize in the wintersports industry: Northeast Sales Group will cover the New England territory; Continental Divide Sports will cover Utah and Colo.; and Mid Atlantic Sales will cover the Mid Atlantic region.

“The ski and wintersports category is where we are seeing a significant amount of growth for Lorpen,” said Bruce Barrows, North American Sales Manager for Lorpen. “We only entered the wintersports category in the U.S a few years ago and so far, the demand for Lorpen’s high quality, high performance ski socks has been overwhelming for our current sales crew. With the addition of these sales reps who specialize in the area of wintersports, we are excited to keep up with the demand and grow this important category for Lorpen.”

Northeast Sales Group will cover the New England territory, including Mass., N.H. Vt., Conn., R.I. and ME. Based in Shelburne, Vt., the company has more than 26 years of experience in the wintersports category and the team members are avid snow sport enthusiasts. Will Masson, Deno Dudunake and Kaitlin Abare will be able to apply their personal endeavors into a successful sales business for Lorpen. Continental Divide Sports will handle all sales in the Utah and Colo. area for Lorpen. Headed by Mark Muggleton, a team of reps will work to increase sales in an area where snow sports are prevalent and skiing is a lifestyle. After years of competing and then coaching freestyle he realized his passion was to serve dealers as a sales rep for his favorite brands.
