Lorpen, a Spanish-based sock designer and manufacturer that uses blended yarn technology for high performance socks, is introducing its fall/winter 2016 sock collection that features LorpeNRG Technology for cold-weather activities. Lorpen is also introducing a new collection of casual TR2 “crossover” merino-blend socks that will transition easily from the trail to the workplace. The new Lorpen sock styles will be available at specialty retail stores and online at www.lorpennorthamerica.com in fall 2016.

Lorpen’s new LorpeNRG fibers not only make the sock more durable, but is proven to enhance warmth. The yarn has been applied to Lorpen’s winter hiking and ski sock collection for fall ‘16. When blended with Primaloft and Merino yarns, the end result is a comfortable sock that will keep the feet warm and dry all day long.
