Rohnert Park (CA): This Summer Outdoor Retailer marks one of Marmot’s biggest athlete events in years: The North American premiere of Into The Light hosted by renowned climber, mountaineer and explorer Stefan Glowacz—also one of Marmot’s most prolific and important global athletes. This notable adventure film, sponsored by Red Bull, will screen on Thursday, August 6 at the Salt Lake City Library. The event (6-9pm) kicks-off on the rooftop terrace—a festive reception with industry friends, fellow Marmots, snacks and drinks—and then will move to the library auditorium for the premiere of Into The Light, hosted by Stefan Glowacz.
Tom Fritz, Marmot’s VP of Marketing says, “Stefan is a world-class mountain athlete and I’m proud to say we’ve been working together now for over a decade. Stefan’s commitment to climbing and mountaineering in far-off locations—in minimalist and pure style—has been truly remarkable. We are thrilled to be bringing him and his new film here to Salt Lake City.”
No registration is necessary to attend the event, but space is limited to 300. All that is required for admittance is an OR attendee badge.
