Hickory, N.C. (Sept. 22, 2014) – Balega International, a leading performance sock brand in the run and outdoor specialty markets, announces its support of the Breast Cancer Fund (BCF) with the release of their limited edition Words of Grit and Grace Enduro Sock. With the mission of prevention, Balega will donate one dollar per pair sold to the BCF, which works to eliminate cancer risks through public policy and educating consumers of the link between chemical exposure and breast cancer.
This year Balega is aiming to double their donation from previous years. Together, Balega and the BCF are encouraging women to be healthy and reduce the risk of breast cancer.
