Merrell Introduces New Collection of Packs and Bags

Committed to designing gear that motivates outside achievements, Merrell introduces a new collection of backpacks and bags. Ergonomic in design for comfort, the bags feature lightweight fabrics and components for endurance and performance. All bags are available at retail stores and on merrell.com in July 2014.

The Rockford Collection – Outdoor Performance Packs

Designed for the outdoor enthusiast and adventure traveler, the Rockford Collection features light and durable polyester ripstop material for lightweight comfort and performance. The Myers is a backpack that is hydration compatible with an internal sleeve and attachment clip. The unique design features loops that hold trekking poles and side water bottle pockets for on-trail performance. For the global traveler, the Brower is a roller bag with stowable and adjustable backpack shoulder straps for dual functionality. The retractable trolley handle system has a zipped top cover when stowed for backpack use. It also features apadded laptop sleeve with a tablet pocket.

The Portland Collection – Women’s-Specific Bags

Designed for active women, the Portland collection combines organized access and ample volume to carry essential gear with an understated feminine sporty look. The body fabric is smooth polyester that is durable and easy to clean. From trail to yoga studio and out on the town, the Delta is a shopping bag designed with webbing loops under the carry handles to store a light jacket. A yoga mat can attach to the front with stowable and adjustable webbing loops with side release buckles.
