Midwest Mountaineering announces 53rd Outdoor Adventure Expo

Minneapolis, MN. – (November 16, 2011) – Minneapolis retailer Midwest Mountaineering announces the 53rd Midwest Mountaineering Outdoor Adventure Expo in Minneapolis, Minn., November 18 – 20, 2011, sponsored by PrimaLoft®. The bi-annual event, which sees more than 8,000 attendees and 80 exhibitors, serves as a venue for all outdoor enthusiasts, from avid outdoorsmen to weekend adventurers, to share their love of the outdoors.
Featured speakers for the three day event include: adventurer Charlie Whittmack, polar explorer Lonnie Dupre, photographer Paul Sundberg and adventurer and blogger David Liechty, among others.

Along with over 100 outdoor adventure presentations covering everything from how to choose a cross-country ski, to major expedition slide shows and movies, attendees can visit with exhibitors and catch the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour on Friday and Saturday night.
