Soft, flexible, weighted, neoprene-covered, 6-to-9 inch dumbbell-style tubes conform to hands, providing the perfect grip for upper-body resistance rehabilitation and walking activities. Comfortably secure, stretch elastic hand straps eliminate over-gripping and hand fatigue. A wider grip and ergonomic design make them ideal for those with weak wrists, hands, and forearms. The Mini Contour-Weights may also be utilized for added lower-body resistance while performing exercises such as squats and lunges. Available in 1 to 5 pounds, the amount of weight is marked in large, easy-to-read print on the end of each weight.
