Sure, there are more qualifying factors that led to the decision to hire Mr Kimmel to the MK SSR squad… central to which was his passion and zest for the outdoor lifestyle. But Sink also comes with a pedigree of real-world outdoor experience.

Mr Kimmel got his socks wet in the Outdoor Industry as a buyer and sales associate for Jesse Brown’s Outdoors Store in Charlotte, NC – a premier MK dealer. Did we steal him? Maybe…

Sink joins the MK SSR team at the company’s Charlotte, NC office. “One of the many successes that has propelled MK’s rapid growth is our coupling of internal dealer support with an independent sales force,” says Martin Wilkinson, Mountain Khakis® Sale Manager. “Our SSR crew supports our dealer base and rep teams by ensuring MK stays top of mind for all; be it count-and-fill replenishment, special terms and programs, or simply a call to check in. They are MK’s direct touchpoint to our dealers – they know the staff members as well as most of their kids’ names. Sink will be a great addition to this unique team.”

Among his personal interests, Sink is an avid competitive runner, a competitive cyclist, and an accomplished fresh- and salt-water fisherman. “I have been a steadfast fan of Mountain Khakis® – of the company, the people and the product. Their relationship-building culture impressed me from the beginning, as this a personal objective of mine,” says Mr Kimmel. “My goal is to further cultivate existing dealer partnerships, bridge new dealer relations, and augment increased sales for both MK and our dealer base.
