Mountainsmith’s 2014 Front Range collectionrepresents the epitome of organization for mobile business electronics from the board room to the classroom or for everyday cross town travel. Aptly named after the company’s roots on the front range of Colorado, this collection targets the professional who is outdoor-oriented and travels extensively whether local, coast-to-coast or internationally. They know Mountainsmith’s reputation for rugged construction and building quality products in which gear can be carried efficiently and comfortably and they want their mobile office to reflect their weekend love of the outdoors.

Designed for commuter organization, the stylish Explore and Cavern packs offer two options to organize and transport mobile offices for street, campus or work use. The two-panel loader Explore features a TSA-compliant back panel fold-down laptop compartment while the top-loading Cavern offers an alternative side panel access. Both fit most 17” laptop screens and volumes of gear. They have multiple internal organizational pockets and a front panel accessory pocket. Dual-density foam shoulder straps provide carrying comfort. Bright yellow lining promotes visibility.

The Network offers an alternative for those preferring a more traditional style briefcase. The three-compartment shoulder bag is designed with a TSA-compliant fold-down neoprene laptop sleeve that fits most 15.4” screens. Like the packs, it includes an adjustable shoulder strap, bright yellow lining and internal organizational pockets.

Lighterweight alternatives for urban use include the Hoist and RiftMessenger bags. The large-sized Hoist Messenger accommodates most 17” screens while the smaller-sized Rift Messenger is the answer for tablet and digital media accessories. As with all Mountainsmith products, the variety of organizational pockets and features outdo their price.

Designed to do double duty as a tote or daypack, the Crosstown Tote equals versatility with a rear panel haul handle that converts to a shoulder strap carry. Its iconic feature is the durable molded EVA bottom panel that protects contents from wet or sticky surfaces. With its zippered main compartment as well as side panel and interior hanging pockets, there is plenty of room for gym and office gear or specialties from the farmers market on the way home.

Mountainsmith’s heritage Travel Trunk duffels return in four sizes and are compatible with their popular Strapette shoulder harness system.

Forged in the Rockies, Mountainsmith’s commitment to innovation began in 1979 and continues to the present with a full line of active lifestyle products. The quality and comfort of all Mountainsmith products—technical backpacks, travel storage systems, luggage, camera bags, trekking poles, pet products as well as the lumbar pack icons—set the standard for the worldwide outdoor marketplace. Mountainsmith manufactures, markets, and distributes an expanding group of products designed to meet the demands of travel on and off the trail, through airports, and anywhere that carrying-comfort is essential. Mountainsmith products are sold worldwide.
