This multi-year partnership kicks off with the inaugural Rock â€˜n’ Roll Mardi Gras Marathon and Â½ Marathon in New Orleans, February 28, 2010. BrooksÂ® Sports Inc., the parent company of Moving Comfort, will be the footwear and apparel partner for Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon and Â½ Marathon Series, producing the official licensed merchandise for all races as of February 1, 2010.
The Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series is considered the largest racing series in the world, with 305,000 active runners and 667,000 people attending their Health & Fitness Expo. Each unique city on the tour hosts a world-class event infused with live music at every mile, scenic courses, screaming spectators and a headliner concert.
