VANCOUVER, WA–Sep 6, 2007 — Nautilus, Inc. (NYSE:NLS) announces the appointment of long-time sporting goods executive Timothy Joyce, 51, to the newly formed position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Joyce most recently was President and Chief Operating Officer of HO Sports, the leading company in water sports based in Redmond, Wash.

Joyce was with Nike, Inc. for 19 years from 1980 to 1999, where he progressed to serve as director of European sales, and as vice president of global sales. He was president of Internet sporting goods retailer fogdog.com from 1999 to 2000, and served as executive vice president of retail and wholesale sales for adidas America from 2001 to 2004.
Joyce has completed his master’s coursework in sports administration at Ohio University (1979) where he played collegiate basketball and was honored as a distinguished alumnus. He was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers and played professional World Cup basketball in Greece.
Joyce lives in the Portland, Ore., suburb of Lake Oswego with his wife and two daughters. He begins with Nautilus, Inc. September 17, 2007.
