New faces at Outlast: company expands customer support and marketing

Outlast Technologies, the pioneer in phase change technology, announces the expansion of its customer support, marketing services and administrative functions with the addition of four new employees. Outlast Asia is growing its sales operations while Outlast in Boulder is strengthening its customer support, marketing services and administrative functions.

Boulder, CO. –– Outlast Technologies, the pioneer in phase change technology, announces the expansion of its customer support, marketing services and administrative functions with the addition of four new employees.

Outlast Asia is growing its sales operations while Outlast in Boulder is strengthening its customer support, marketing services and administrative functions. Pat Gruber, President and CEO of Outlast Technologies commented, “We’re committed to improving our current level of customer service and partner support so we’ve created some new positions within the company to accommodate these needs. On behalf of Outlast, I want to welcome all of the new employees to the Outlast team.”

Sachiko Sasayama, Sales Operations
Sasayama joins Outlast after spending 8 years in the U.S. where she graduated from San Francisco State University in 2004. Previously she has worked as a client account representative in international sales in both Japan and the U.S. At Outlast, Sachiko will assist in all levels of sales activity with current customers as well as potential accounts and facilitate daily communications between U.S. clients and Asia accounts. Sasayama is fluent in English and Japanese and will be based in Outlast’s Tokyo office.

Ashley Tilman, Marketing Assistant
Ashley Tilman will assist Heather Listoe in the Marketing Department to provide support for marketing, sales, and PR. She will be working behind the scenes to improve and update the Outlast® global website as well as coordinating tradeshow appearances for Outlast North America. Tilman will graduate from the University of Colorado in May.

Carolyn Pettz, Customer Service Representative
Carolyn Pettz has been named as a Customer Service Representative. She has a great track record of managing budgets and customer service and will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining the inventory of all fabric, hangtags, labels and other customer support tools. She will also be responsible for consumer relations.

Jamie Nash, Administrative Assistant
Jamie Nash will be handling all administrative functions, assisting Human Resources and supporting the executive team. Nash is a consummate professional who brings extensive experience in administrative support to Outlast. She will be working on a part-time basis to be able to spend more time with her family.
