(Boulder, Colo) -Nite Ize, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Inka brand of writing instruments.
The acquisition will combine two brands known for delivering innovation. Nite Ize is recognized throughout the world as a leading manufacturer of innovative accessories. Inka has developed a new category of multi-function writing instruments designed for the active lifestyle, business travelers, and use in all conditions (under water, in temperature extremes, at any altitude or angle).
Both brands will benefit from their combined resources. Nite Ize has a well established infrastructure with expertise in manufacturing, operations and sales distribution. With this support, Inka will have the opportunity to rapidly expand its product line and distribution. Nite Ize will immediately offer an exciting new product line to its customers.
