Norwegian-Based Sweet Protection Introduces Snowsport Helmets and Apparel to the US Market

Innovative helmet and apparel brand builds on European success, slated for fall / winter 2015 US retail availability

Boulder, COLO. (For Immediate Release) – Norwegian-based Sweet Protection, designers of cutting edge helmets and apparel for whitewater, snowsports, and mountain biking, is proud to introduce their complete line of ski and snowboard helmets and apparel to the US market for fall/ winter 2015.

Backed by years of success in Europe and worn by several prominent athletes including World Cup skiers Henrik Kristoffersen and Aksel Lund Svindal and snowboarding legend Terje Haakonsen (as well as a long list of top European big mountain skiers, freeriders, and park / pipe riders), Sweet Protection anticipates a warm welcome in the US.

Sweet Protection’s helmets incorporate carbon fiber for superior strength to weight ratios and the MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) to help prevent head injury. Their apparel line incorporates high performance GoreTex Pro waterproof / breathable membranes and PrimaLoft Gold insulation.
