Portland, Oregon – November 13, 2019- Noto Group, a Portland-based executive search and leadership consulting firm that works with notable consumer brands nationwide added Tami Bumiller as an Executive Recruiting and HR Consultant and Lena Knofler as an Executive Recruiter.
Bumiller will be based in Seattle, Washington working across the Noto Group client portfolio on VP and C-level executive search engagements. Bumiller earned a B.S. from the School of Business at Michigan State University and has over 19 years of experience in talent acquisition strategy, executive recruiting, organizational design, leadership development, and succession planning. Before Noto Group, Bumiller was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Eddie Bauer. During her tenure, she led personnel through some of the most radical changes in the 100-year-old, billion-dollar company’s history including the emergence of ecommerce as a primary sales channel.

Knofler has more than seven years of combined experience in talent acquisition, accounting and finance. Knofler will be based in the Portland headquarters working as an Executive Recruiter leading mission critical Manager, Director, and VP level searches within the consumer practice. Prior to Noto Group, Knofler was a Recruiter at Providence Health and previously worked at search firm specializing in Finance. Early in her career, Knofler was an Assistant Controller for an aviation engineering investment company. When not recruiting, Lena is an avid outdoor enthusiast enjoying backpacking, rowing, yoga, and snowboarding.
