OBōZ Footwear Taps Experienced Sales Force
Sales representatives for new footwear brand OBōZ — which stands for outside of Bozeman — are now in place to present the company’s 2008 offerings to retailers throughout most of the United States and Western Canada.

Sales representatives for new footwear brand OBÅZ — which stands for outside of Bozeman — are now in place to present the company’s 2008 offerings to retailers throughout most of the United States and Western Canada.
OBÅZ comes to market under the guidance of John Connelly, who earned industry respect while designing, developing and marketing shoes for outdoor brands like Keen, 5.10, Vasque, Montrail and Tecnica.
“I feel unbelievably fortunate to have formed this amazing group of sales reps in such short order,†said Connelly, who decided to launch OBÅZ just five months ago. Connelly said his sales force is respected, has vast experience selling footwear, and already represents major outdoor product lines.
Alta Group will represent OBÅZ in the Northwest, with Dave Haavik, Dave Allan, Matt Lewis and Rob Owens on the job.
Southwest sales will be handled by Andy Russell, Dana Caraway and Jim Hewett.
Mike Downing, Brandon Carlile and Jeremy Henzel will serve the Rockies.
Sky Ambitions will serve the Northeast region with Dave and Kristin Karl.
Ames Adventure Outfitters will cover the Upper Midwest with Brian Block, Sunday Park and Vanessa Hohn.
The South Central states will be handled by Robert McDaniel.
The Great Lakes region will be served by John Wilmers.
