(Bozeman, MT)–For fall ’12, Oboz adds casual kicks for everyday wanderings to its line up of ‘True to the Trail’ shoes and boots.

The men’s MISSOULA blends supple and durable suede with Nubuck overlays for topside style. Underneath, Oboz tones down the technology but gets down to business with features that can handle an impromptu jaunt off-pavement. A cushioned EVA midsole, shank and triple density BFit Deluxe insole supports and keeps feet going from dawn to dark. A carbon rubber outsole, with capable but subtle low profile lugs, keep things upright wherever these shoes may roam. The Missoula retails and will come in two colors.

The ladies’ JASPER has all the features of the Missoula except that it is all suede, and embellished with the bitterroot, the state flower of Montana. The Jasper’s a rugged beauty, just like the bitterroot, which is known to survive and thrive in harsh conditions. Two colors are available in the Jasper, which will arrive in stores in fall 2012.

Also new for fall is the Madison Mid all-leather light hiker for women, built on Oboz’ new women’s-specific last.
