Orage Hires New US Sales Manager

September 21, 2007 (Burlington, Vt.)— Orage, known for its ski apparel Innovation Through Style, expands its sales department announcing Beth Steele as the new U.S. Sales Manager. Steele’s extensive sales experience makes her equipped to meet the needs of Orage as its parent company, Coalision, expands US operations, including the opening of a new sales and marketing office in Burlington, Vermont.
“Beth is joining us with a long track record of sales success, including nine years at Burton. Beth arrives with a proven track-record of account development and sales force management,†states Jonathan Frankel, Orage’s Vice President of Sales. “With her energy and passion for the winter sports business, she is a solid addition to the management team at Coalision.”
Steele has served as a manager for Copley Consolidated, Burton’s New England Sales Agency helping to pioneer its sub brands such as Analog, Gravis and Nixon. Currently based in the Burlington area, Beth arrives from managing the soft goods portion of the most successful Burton sales agency in the US, based in New England.
Steele joins Orage with solid background knowledge of specialty and chain business, driving category growth, maximizing local brand traction through agency actions, and sales team management. Orage is looking to Steele to evolve these aspects of its sales foundation aspiring toward future growth.
