TEMECULA, Calif., Jan. 12 — Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: OUTD) today announced the acquisition of Winnercomm Inc., a leading independent sports production, program development, marketing services and sales representation company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
