Four new brands sign for inaugural June 2016 event in Park City, UT
Los Angeles, Cali. (February 18, 2016) – Outdoor PressCamp, the unique, hosted media event coming June 20-24, 2016 to the Wasatch and Park City environs, has inked several key new brand participants early in 2016 to continue the momentum for this high-touch, deep dive, one-of-a-kind media event.
The compelling lineup of top brands from the greater Outdoor Recreation world has expanded to include Hobie, Hi-Tec Sports, Downtek and 37.5/Cocona, representing trail, camp and watersports innovation stories as primary focus areas of this summer’s inaugural Outdoor PressCamp. These brands join Lowa, Camelbak, Five Ten, Tenkara USA, Ramtect, Hood Rubber Company and Aku in the growing lineup of key outdoor industry brand stories being told at Outdoor PressCamp 2016.
Built in close partnership with the successful Bike PressCamp, Outdoor PressCamp facilitates robust media exposure for brands at a very reasonable price. It greatly reduces product launch out-of-office time and introduces many manufacturers to new media outlets. For the past six years the critically acclaimed Bike PressCamp has consistently yielded superb media coverage for the cycling industry, while generating meaningful peer-to-peer and brand-to-editor relationships.
The first ever Outdoor PressCamp 2016 will be held at The Lodges at Deer Valley Resort. This exceptional setting, just 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, offers world-class hiking trails and extraordinary scenery. The Camp’s theme combines camping with higher rev trail sports like trail running, backpacking, hiking, and mountaineering, as well as trailside watersports like fly-fishing and paddling. No other event matches the unique combination of experiential and in-depth face-to-face brand and media relationship building.
