Pacsafe Announces New Website

SEATTLE, Wash. (June 14, 2006) – Officials from Pacsafe, the leader in security-enhanced travel bags and accessories, are proud to announce the launch of their newly revamped web site, www.pac-safe.com. The new appearance offers both consumers and retailers the most current pacsafe product information and news in a clear and informative format.

The new layout has tailored areas to target specific customer groups. A women’s-specific page is now offered, as well as a page dedicated to motorcycle-specific products, which offers a downloadable video of products that are specifically tailored for motorsport enthusiasts. Other customer specific groups found on www.pac-safe.com include its core outdoor market, along with pages for photographers, sports applications, business and adventure travel.

Downloadable pacsafe product information sheets are available to help users gain a better understating of the products. Many items now have several large product shots to clearly present the item to the user. Also provided are images that highlight the anti-theft features of the products.

Pacsafe hopes to offer online retailers ease of use and more product resources through the “file center”. Catalogues in Word format can be downloaded so web retailer can simply cut and paste all the latest catalogue copy and images. Improved product images (in both high-res and web format), and Pacsafe web banners are also available to allow online retailers the opportunity to create a dedicated Pacsafe feature page on their site.

User-friendly “Buy Online” and “Find A Store” features are upgraded to make it easy for end consumers to locate pacsafe products at retail. Being a live format, the pacsafe web site is now the most updated source of information on pacsafe product and retailers. A special “Live” section allows retailers to post special store event announcements or Pacsafe promotions.
