PATRICK DENEEN, 180s SPONSORED ATHLETE, NAMED TO U.S. FREESTYLE SKI TEAM FOR 2010 VANCOUVER OLYMPICS

Deneen Supported Development of 180s Quantum Vent Ski Glove

BALTIMORE, MD. (January 28, 2010) – 180s sponsored athlete and world champion Patrick Deneen has been named to the 2010 U.S. Olympic Freestyle Ski Team and will travel to Vancouver, British Columbia, to compete in the moguls competition on February 14, 2010. Deneen will accompany 17 other members of the U.S. Ski Team named yesterday.

Deneen started his relationship with 180s, a leading manufacturer of wintersport performance apparel and accessories including gloves and ear warmers, six years ago and has played a significant role in developing the Quantum Vent Glove™, a high-performance ski and board glove that ventilates hands when they become overheated.

To solidify his position on the U.S. Olympic Freestyle Team, Deneen secured first place in the overall rankings with his final run, which earned him a score of 26.68 at the Olympic Trials in Steamboat Springs, Colorado last December.

“It is a great honor to be able to represent the United States of America,” said Patrick Deneen. “I am excited about making the team and am anxiously awaiting my chance to compete. 180s has been with me for over five years, when I was just coming into my own. I’m thankful for their continued support.”

Deneen will be attending the SIA Snow Show in Denver, January 28, 2010 to support 180s at their booth. During his visit, Deneen will be signing autographs between 1pm-3pm and will be available for interviews throughout the day.
