Seattle, WA – This summer, Pedco captured the attention of outdoor sport and adventure photographers everywhere with the release of the UltraPod GO™, a lightweight tripod that provides versatility and precise adjustability for on-the-go photography. This January, the manufacturer of quality tripods and clamps will be expanding their collection with the debut of their first magnetic mount, the Magnetic UltraMount™. Weighing just under six ounces and able to fold down to 6x6x9 cm, the Magnetic UltraMount joins the ranks of sturdy, versatile, and travel-friendly camera accessories that Pedco is known for.
The Magnetic UltraMount’s unique magnetic mount features a 50 lb. pull that allows you to securely attach it to a wide variety of magnetic surfaces, such as the fender of a car, truck or motorcycle. An injection-molded, glass-reinforced nylon thermoplastic resin clamp head and knobs allow for years of functional use. The Magnetic UltraMount fits any device with a ¼-20 tripod socket, making it ideal for use with small cameras, camcorders, and other similar devices. Featuring the same superior maneuverability as the UltraPod GO, the Magnetic UltraMount can position a device at any angle with its ball and socket mount assembly.
“The unique capabilities of the Magnetic UltraMount will allow adventure and extreme sports photographers to capture images and videos at almost any angle imaginable,” says Graeme Esarey, Industrial Revolution’s President. “This mount features all of the compactness and versatility of Pedco products while adding awhole new dimension of photographic capacity.”

The Pedco Magnetic UltraMount will debut at January trade shows including CES and Outdoor Retailer. Stop by the Industrial Revolution booth #38. MSRP: $29.99.
