PORON® Cushioning Partners with the Lumberjack World Championships

Woodstock, CT – The Rogers Corporation’s PORON® Cushioning team is excited to once again partner with the premier timber sporting event in the nation: the 52nd Annual Lumberjack World Championships taking place July 29-31 in Hayward, WI.

Thousands of spectators will converge in the small town of Hayward to witness the world’s finest lumberjacks participate in the “Granddaddy” of all timber sports competitions. Athletes will compete in events such as the 90 foot Speed Climb, Underhand Chop Block, Log Rolling, Hot Saw, Springboard Chop and much more.

Just want to relax and enjoy some great food? Take a stroll to the Lumberjack Village. One hint – make sure you have an empty stomach as portions are made for lumberjacks.
