Power Plate® equipment, provides one of the most efficient and dynamic total-body workouts utilizing scientifically-proven Advanced Vibration Technology™, which has been proven to increase strength, flexibility and range of motion, improve muscle tone, balance, and bone density and reduce the risk of accidental falls, all valuable attributes for the active aging demographic.
