Precor earns 'Best Vendor' honors from Anytime Fitness

WOODINVILLE, Wash. – Anytime Fitness has honored Precor with the 2006 Franchise Choice Award for Vendor Excellence, and recognized Precor sales
manager Tim Block for outstanding service.
Precor garnered the honors for outstanding performance following a detailed survey of Anytime Fitness franchisees, which measured franchisee
satisfaction with preferred vendors recommended by Anytime Fitness corporate offices. One of the nation’s fastest-growing fitness club chains, Anytime Fitness has 714 franchise facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
“Franchisee satisfaction plays a central role in our growth, and recommending preferred vendors is one way we support the franchisees,” said
Jeff Klinger, Anytime Fitness CEO. “When a preferred vendor is responsive, it reflects well on us, and when they don’t meet expectations, it undermines franchisee satisfaction. Vendor performance is something we value and closely monitor.”
To ensure that preferred vendors meet corporate expectations, Anytime Fitness conducts an annual survey, in which franchisees assess vendors of all kinds against criterion of response time, quality, price and follow-up. Comments also are solicited.
Klinger said that Precor took top honors in the ratings, and received overwhelmingly positive support in comments volunteered by franchise owners.
