PrimaLoft, Inc. Renews OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certification for Its High Performance Insulations and Yarns

Greensboro, NC—PrimaLoft, Inc., the world leader in providing comfort solutions with high performance insulations, yarns, and fabrics, has renewed its OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification for its PrimaLoft® Insulations, Yarns, and Performance Down Blends. The certification ensures that PrimaLoft’s certified products have been tested and are free from harmful levels of more than 300 potentially dangerous substances such as residual surfactants, carcinogenic dyestuffs, heavy metals, and formaldehyde. PrimaLoft’s OEKO-TEX® certified insulations and yarns are used in outdoor, hunting, military, fashion, and work wear apparel including outerwear, fleeces, base layer garments and socks, as well as in a wide variety of bedding products. PrimaLoft has held the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification for approximately 15 years.
