The Adirondack Backcountry Skifest is a weekend of adventure backcountry skiing where instructional clinics and guided tours headed by local mountain guides from Adirondack Mountain School, Adirondack Rock & River and Plattsburgh State University’s Adirondack Experience will be offered to all levels skiers. Profits from this year’s event will benefit the New York State Ski Education Foundation’s nordic racing programs and the Adirondack Ski Touring Council.
