BEND, Ore. – August 9, 2018 – The Conservation Alliance welcomes San Diego-based craft beer producer Pure Project as its newest member. In joining The Conservation Alliance, the brewing company is helping to protect public lands for future generations.
“Pure Project is committed to sustainable practices to minimize its environmental impact. We are excited to join The Conservation Alliance to help preserve the land we all love,” said Mat Robar, co-founder of Pure Project.
As a group of like-minded companies, The Conservation Alliance recognizes its responsibility to help protect the wild lands and waterways on which its customers recreate and wildlife thrives. To achieve that goal, The Conservation Alliance makes grants to grassroots environmental nonprofit organizations working to protect the threatened wild lands and waters in North America.
“We are excited to partner with Pure Project,” said John Sterling, Executive Director of The Conservation Alliance. “They have made sustainability and environmental awareness a staple of their business and this partnership to join like-minded companies will further strengthen their efforts through numbers.”
Working to minimize the agricultural impact of beer, Pure Project concentrates on small batches using as many seasonal and organic ingredients as possible. With global inspiration and tropical roots, the brewing company has a unique variety of beers featuring floral and tropical flavors, as well as daring seasonal batches.
