LOUISVILLE, Colo. (Feb. 2, 2010) — Continuing its momentum after opening a new North American headquarters three months ago and adding news sales representation in several key territories, technical outdoor apparel and equipment manufacturer Rab this week hired industry veteran Beaty Jackson as its sales representative in the Southeastern U.S.
An outdoor sales rep with several decades of experience in the industry, Jackson will cover Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.
“As we work to grow the Rab brand in North America, it’s crucial to have the proven track record and intimate knowledge of specific regions that experienced reps like Beaty bring,†said Matt Gowar, CEO of Rab. “He’ll be a perfect fit with the other rep groups we’ve brought on board in 2009, as well as the team we’ve hired in the last three months to oversee the North American office and warehouse.â€
After opening its office outside Boulder in October following two seasons in the North American market, Rab has hired a marketing manager, warehouse manager and several customer service positions.
Jackson is based in Tennessee and also represents Ibex, Deuter and McNett. He can be reached at 865-300-8439 or sellingoutside@hotmail.com.
