Raleigh & Diamondback Bikes Partner With 3point5.com To Educate Retailers On Brands And Tech
Training courses and discounted gear offer incentive for retail employees
Kent, WA. (March 30, 2011) – Raleigh America is now on board with 3point5.com, a site that offers retailers training exercises and “edu-games†to better associate themselves with the brands and products sold in their retail locations. Upon completion of training courses, employees obtain a competitive edge on sales practices, and can purchase Raleigh and Diamondback products at up to 55% off retail prices.
On 3point5.com, both Raleigh and Diamondback will have their own homepage, which features training on brand basics, technology, and key products. Employees can participate in courses and test themselves with short quizzes, which help to determine the amount of discount they receive. This gives employees incentive to read closely and retain information for future use in a retail environment.
With brand-specific technology such as Diamondback’s Knuckle Box full suspension systems, Raleigh’s RE2P (Relaxed Ergonomic Effective Positioning), and the use of up-and-coming Carbon Gates Drives on a variety of models, 3point5.com will allow shop employees one-on-one clinics to familiarize themselves with these best in class technologies.
“We are very excited about our new partnership with 3point5.com,†said Chris Speyer, VP of Product and Marketing with Raleigh America. ‘They are a leader in on-line training, and have great experience in the cycling and outdoor equipment segments. This is an excellent method to ensure the staff at our retail partners understand and can communicate our brand and tech messages effectively.â€
Employees of authorized Raleigh or Diamondback dealers can now head to 3point5.com and register with their shop information, which gives them access to the training courses. Many will find additional brands that are also sold in their storefronts, from which they may also access training and discounts.
