Park City, UT (June, 6, 2013)— RAMP Sports is pleased to announce that it has hired two new production specialists dedicated to increasing production of RAMP skis and snowboards to meet rising consumer demand.
Doug Webster and Carmen May both join the RAMP team effective immediately and will be using their skills to increase production capacity in advance of the 2013-2014 ski season.
Doug Webster is a natural addition to the RAMP family after years of competitive skiing and as an educator. Doug’s responsibilities will include management and operation of RAMP’s new digital machinery.
“Doug and I have known each other for a long time now,” said CEO and Founder of RAMP Sports Mike Kilchenstein. “I’m glad to have him as part of our team, his wisdom and new perspective will help us evolve into a more efficient production position and better leverage our investment in new machinery.”
Carmen May moves positions at RAMP from intern to fulltime production associate. May earned a marketing degree from Waynesburg University before joining the RAMP team fulltime.
“RAMP gave me a great opportunity and I just knew I would be back,” said May. “During that time away, I developed a great appreciation and love for the ski industry and jumped at the offer to be a permanent member of the staff.”
