Wichita, KS—(March 2, 2015)— Reebok’s new Spring Summer 2015 Apparel collection features CORDURA® fabric in their Reebok CrossFit and One Series lines, for long-lasting performance.
Reliable, durable and long-lasting apparel is what every athlete needs to withstand the rigors of their training and INVISTA’s CORDURA® fabric is the perfect addition to the latest collections.
With durability, strength and abrasion-resistance as the primary focus in the design of SS15, the introduction of CORDURA® fabric definitively meets those needs. The new shorts offer a breathable bonded gusset, drawstring waist closure, open side pockets and stylish design.
CORDURA® fabric features enhanced moisture management and four-way stretch. The full dull luster yarns give the collection a natural cotton-like appearance and feel, while delivering long-lasting performance. The fabric also offers enhanced tear and abrasion resistance with a wide variety of styling options, as well as an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.
“Athletes are tenacious and demand durable gear,” said Chris Froio, Vice President of Reebok Training. “Whether they are tackling skill training or a WOD (Workout of the Day), they need comfortable, breathable, long-lasting workout apparel to help achieve their goals and improve their performance. CORDURA® fabric helps us accomplish that in the latest addition to our apparel lines.”
“Athletes focus on fitness, across a range of skills such as strength, speed, flexibility, accuracy and power. Our CORDURA® fabrics ensure their apparel gear is as tough as they are due to key qualities such as abrasion resistance, maximum fiber-strength and durability. These are all crucial for gear that stands up to the rigors of repeated WODs,” added Cindy McNaull, Global CORDURA® Brand and Marketing Director.
